As a Bedford girl, I have to start with one of my hometown favorites. Bedford 234 is the kind of neighborhood restaurant every town wishes it had. Tucked away on Old Post Road, this local treasure takes ingredients seriously, and it shows on every plate.

The menu changes daily based on what’s fresh and local. Start with the grilled Spanish octopus or the goat cheese and fig drizzled with local wildflower honey. Then move on to the famous 234 Burger made with a dry aged wagyu blend, handmade pappardelle with braised rabbit, or one of the kitchen’s seasonal seafood specialties.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the no-reservations policy keeps things relaxed and community driven.

Stacy’s Verdict: The wagyu burger, goat cheese, and fig are non-negotiable. This is one of Bedford’s best tables.
